Security keypads are usually placed near an outer door to let you operate your system when you enter or exit. Security keypads can also be placed in or near the master bedroom. The Honeywell (formerly Ademco) standard and graphic keypads inform your family as to the status of the system (i.e., armed, disarmed, etc.)

Please Note: Honeywell strongly recommends 6160 series keypads for programming the Vista control panels.
